It is amazing out how common massage chairs have become in our society. We see them in many different places like shopping malls and car washes. Many people own them and have them in their homes or even in their offices. Massage chairs are much more than just a feel-good item. They provide many different therapeutic benefits. Here are some of the things I most like about a massage chair.

Massage therapy is one of the great natural therapies available to us. By simply performing motions that stretch the soft tissues and muscles, relief can be provided while enhancing the health and well-being of different parts of your body.

One of the things I really enjoy about my massage chair is its convenience. If I have stiffness in my shoulders, then I simply sit down for five minutes and let the massage chair work that area. I can quickly obtain relief at the touch of a button.

NASA found out that astronauts could take more pressure during takeoff when seated in particular ways. The position found most suitable for astronauts was named zero gravity. Admit it. We’ve all done it. You were nervous to get organized and you purchased those plastic or canvas shoe files, didn’t you? At first, they worked great. You had all of your shoes nicely sorted into the little pockets. You put the spring sandals first, followed by pumps, loafers and sneakers. Your shoe collection in no way looked better.

Within a week (or a few hours…in my case) your shoes were back on the floor, weren’t they? They were tucked underneath the recliner, sitting by the door or thrown haphazardly underneath the plastic organizer.
